This site was created by the father of the tenant involved in this dispute. Every document, recording, and photograph on this site is authentic primary source material. Nothing has been altered. Nothing has been fabricated. We are not attorneys and this site does not constitute legal advice. We are a family who documented what happened to us, and chose to share it transparently. State agency complaints have been filed. Legal action is being pursued.
A young tenant who did not choose this company, and was told her insurance would cover the cost, was left with a $4,886.25 bill for a partial one-bedroom move-out. Throughout the dispute, we kept a careful record — every invoice, every email, every photograph on delivery, and the recordings of the meeting where we tried to resolve it. This site simply presents that record so that prospective customers, insurers, property managers, and anyone else can read it and reach their own conclusions.
